Refunds and cancellation

This is a short summary. The full rules are in the Terms of Service, sections 10 to 14.

Cancel at any time

Go to Settings → Plan and usage → Manage subscription and select Cancel. It takes a few clicks. You do not need to call or write to us. You can also email hello@feedloom.app.
Your plan stops at the end of the period you paid for. You keep paid features until then.
After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your brands, posts and images are not deleted. Scheduled posts that need a paid plan are not published.
We email you to confirm the cancellation.

Refunds: first payment, 14 days, fewer than 10 images

First payment: we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days after that payment and fewer than 10 images were downloaded since that payment. Each different image counts once, whether you download it on its own or inside a zip.
The threshold: downloading 10 or more images after the payment ends this commercial refund. Consumer withdrawal and other mandatory legal rights still apply.
After the threshold, and for renewals: no refund. You can cancel at any time to stop the next payment. We do not give partial refunds for unused days or months.
How to ask: email hello@feedloom.app from your account email. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days after we accept the request.

Consumer rights

These rules do not reduce the rights that the law gives you as a consumer:

EU, EEA and UK: you can withdraw within 14 days with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in Settings → Plan and usage (also in the site footer and in your confirmation email). If you asked for immediate access and then downloaded or published an image or post, you lose the right of withdrawal for that digital content, as you confirmed at checkout. Where the law still gives a refund, we pay it.
Argentina: you can revoke within 10 calendar days with the "Botón de arrepentimiento" in the site footer, without signing in. You can cancel at any time with the "Botón de baja".
Brazil: you can withdraw within 7 days (CDC, art. 49).

Renewals and reminders

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. We email you at least 15 days before a yearly renewal, and at least 30 days before a price change.
