Build a shop feed around colour, care and product details with Fold & Field, a fictional cotton napkin shop.
Fictional sample brand: Fold & Field. Real Feedloom renders from the notes below; not customer results.
What we gave Feedloom
Fold & Field sells a fictional set of four cotton table napkins in moss or oat. Each set includes a printed care card recommending a gentle wash and air drying. The audience is people preparing relaxed dinners at home. We supplied no delivery dates, discounts, stock counts or environmental certifications. The examples therefore focus on the described product and its care rather than inventing urgency or an ethical claim.
Help a shopper picture a small choice
For this Instagram collection, give each post a different shopping question. One might introduce the available colours; another might explain what comes in the set. A care post can make the instruction easier to remember without promising that the fabric will last a particular number of years. Keep the visual language close to the product: the sample uses words and brand colour rather than borrowing a photograph of somebody else’s napkins. When you adapt it, use your own product photographs and check that the colour is represented fairly. A lifestyle scene can suggest a setting, but it should not hide the actual item being sold. Tell the shopper what they are seeing and leave unsupported claims out of the caption.
Keep care advice attached to its source
The care instructions here belong to the fictional brief. Replace them with your manufacturer’s verified guidance before making a real shop post. The portrait layout should separate the care action from the product name so neither becomes a tiny footnote. Our suggested margin leaves space around the text; it is not an official Instagram safe-zone guarantee. Check the exported artwork on your phone, especially when a Spanish instruction uses more words. If a caption needs to explain an exception, write it plainly. Do not imply that a reusable item has a particular environmental benefit without evidence specific to that item.
Eight angles to adapt
- Introduce moss and oat as two choices without inventing a favourite among customers.
- Show exactly what four napkins means for a small dinner table.
- Explain where the printed care card sits in the sample package.
- Make a gentle-wash reminder the subject of a single readable card.
- Invite shoppers to compare a quiet table setting with a more colourful one.
- Describe air drying without promising a drying time or fabric lifespan.
- Write a question about choosing a napkin colour before showing the answer.
- Explain the difference between a styling suggestion and a product included in the set.
A four-week example
- Week one: introduce the set, then help shoppers compare moss and oat.
- Week two: explain the package contents and show a simple table-setting idea.
- Week three: share the care card and a focused washing reminder.
- Week four: answer a product question and invite a thoughtful colour choice.

Questions about these examples
Are these real product photos?
No. These are real engine renders for an invented shop. They demonstrate layout and copy. Add photographs of your own actual items when a buyer needs to judge texture, finish or colour.
Can I add a sale price?
Only when your shop has a real offer with clear conditions. Nothing in the sample notes establishes a discount. Review dates and terms before turning a normal product post into a promotion.
Should every post ask people to buy?
You can give a useful answer first. A care reminder, a contents explanation and a colour comparison each have a different job. Choose a next step that matches the specific question the post answers.
How do I keep the series varied?
Change the subject rather than merely the background. Alternate choice, contents, care and styling. Keep your brand’s visual rules consistent while making sure each image gives the shopper something they did not get from the previous one.
